Common Questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the Square Shotz app, go to Settings > Account, and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so signing in with the same Apple ID on any device will restore them.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings > Account > Delete Account. This removes your profile from leaderboards and clears your server-side data. If you can't sign in to delete your account, email us from the address linked to your account and we'll handle it.

How do I report another player?

Tap any player's name or avatar to open their profile, then tap Report Player. Pick a reason and submit. Reports are reviewed by our team and accounts that violate our community guidelines can be suspended or banned.

How do I block another player?

From any player's profile, tap Block Player. Blocked players won't be matched against you in online play and can't send you friend requests. You can manage your blocked list under Settings > Privacy > Blocked Players.

I'm having trouble finding online matches

If you're using a VPN, try disabling it — VPNs can interfere with matchmaking. If you still have trouble, email us with the details (device, iOS version, time of day) and we'll dig in.

The app crashed — what should I do?

Force-quit and relaunch. If it crashes repeatedly, email us with a description of what you were doing when it crashed. Our automated crash reporting helps us spot issues quickly.

Refund requests

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests for digital items must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For physical board pre-orders, email us directly.
